Seeking Experienced Nannies & Newborn Care Specialists in Nashville, TN
We are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced Nannies and Newborn Care Specialists to join our team in the Nashville area. We are in search of dedicated professionals with a strong passion for childcare and a proven record of delivering exceptional, individualized care within private household settings.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of professional childcare experience in private household settings, with a proven ability to care for children of various age groups, including newborns.
• Exceptional, verifiable references from previous employers.
• A college degree (such as Early Childhood Education or Child Development) is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Newborn Care Certification or relevant infant care training (Newborn Care Specialists)
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to assist with school transportation, extracurricular activities, or other child-related appointments as needed.
• A commitment to a minimum of one year of service.

Compensation Package

• Competitive hourly rate: $25.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Paid time off (PTO), including vacation and sick days.
• Health insurance contributions.
