Looking for a mechanically inclined, facilities experienced estate manager with excellent contacts and the ability to be handy with some of the preventative tasks of keeping ahead of any and all maintenance requirements. Oversee the efficient running of the property, light handyman duties as pop up. security minded, ability to work with waterfront related issues, care of outdoor tennis court, pool, pool house, staff housing and other buildings, engage vendors, oversee construction, project oversight, ensure all systems are fully functional and running smoothly.
Ensure the Housekeepers are cleaning on a maintenance schedule and a deep cleaning schedule. Work with grounds maintenance and overall care to pitch in as needed, where needed so the estate is properly cared for.
Full knowledge of the Hampton with Vendor contacts
Ability to oversee HVAC, pool and spa, all preemptive care needed for waterfront exposure to weather and ocean.
