Position: Executive Housekeeper

Overview:
A highly respected UHNW household in Las Vegas is seeking a meticulous and professional Executive Housekeeper to manage the overall cleanliness, organization, and operation of a 40,000 sq ft estate. The ideal candidate will be experienced, highly discreet, service-oriented, and capable of overseeing the daily functions of a large property with precision and grace. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with an exceptional family that values loyalty, discretion, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and organization of the estate’s interior and exterior spaces.
- Develop and implement detailed housekeeping checklists and procedures to maintain consistency and quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate with additional housekeepers or vendors as needed.
- Manage household inventory including cleaning supplies, linens, and guest essentials; monitor and reorder as necessary.
- Maintain and care for fine furnishings, art, and specialty surfaces in alignment with best practices.
- Coordinate with the estate manager and principals to prepare for events, guest arrivals, or seasonal needs.
- Manage laundry for household members, including care of fine garments, linens, and wardrobe organization.
- Provide occasional wardrobe support, packing/unpacking for travel, and closet maintenance.
- Report maintenance needs or repair issues promptly and follow up on resolution.
- Ensure all rooms are guest-ready and household standards are upheld at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience working in a similar role within a UHNW, luxury, or high-profile household.
- Proven experience managing or working within large-scale estates (10,000+ sq ft).
- Familiarity with high-end furnishings, textiles, art care, and specialty cleaning techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage or collaborate with additional staff.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Local to Las Vegas with reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fully staffed estate environment.
- Knowledge of household operations and luxury service standards.
- Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to a dynamic household.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday through Friday, full-time hours
- Occasional flexibility for special events or guest arrivals as needed
- Salary commensurate with experience (DOE)
