Accounts Payable & Executive Assistant – Family Office
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional who seamlessly managing both financial and administrative responsibilities. In this dual role, you will handle accounts payable, banking, and vendor management while also encompassing property and asset management, marketing, hiring, purchasing, construction coordination, and special projects.
You have at least ten years of experience in financial administration, accounting, and executive support. You are proficient in relevant software tools similar to Asana, Sage, Bill.com, Expensify, and MS Office. You take pride in accuracy and precision, ensuring that mistakes are never overlooked. You thrive in a well-organized workflow, proactively anticipating challenges and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency. You excel in navigating complex situations with sound judgment and can handle both high-level strategic tasks and the smallest operational details with ease.
While this position can be remote, preference will be given to candidates based in Northwest Florida.
