The Assistant Company has been retained by HNW Austin family to find an experienced Personal Trainer who CURRENTLY resides in Austin and available to travel for extended periods of time. You would be working mainly with the lady of the house.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fitness professional who is travel-ready, a true team player, and committed to a long-term role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a fitness program tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Travel extensively as required, providing services across various locations, including residences, yachts, or other environments.
  • Work collaboratively alongside other household staff, contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment.
  • Display flexibility and a "can-do" attitude by assisting with additional tasks beyond fitness duties when needed - no "it's not my job" mentality.
  • Ensure the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality while working in private households.
  • Maintain and manage fitness equipment and spaces, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.

Requirements

  • Recognized Personal Training certification 
  • Previous experience working within private households or with high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing tailored fitness plans for various ages and fitness levels.
  • First Aid certification is a plus.

Work conditions:
