We are seeking a responsible, skilled, and dependable Professional Drivers to join our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles, provide exceptional service, and support administrative tasks when needed.

This is a full time and permanent role – to be filled as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Operate vehicles in full compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
Ensure passenger and cargo safety by adhering to the best driving practices.
Plan and follow efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
Use GPS or maps to navigate unfamiliar areas and adapt to changing conditions, such as traffic or road closures.
Conduct regular pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle’s safety and operational condition.
Monitor vehicle performance and promptly report mechanical issues to appropriate personnel.
Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and ensure it is well-kept both inside and out.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and receipts.
Complete necessary paperwork related to transportation and delivery, such as logs and invoices.
Interact professionally with clients, passengers, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience.
Address any questions, concerns, or issues during transportation services.
Follow all company policies and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Participate in training programs related to safety, defensive driving, and customer service.
Handle emergencies such as accidents or breakdowns by following established procedures.
Maintain composure under pressure and provide necessary assistance.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Communicate promptly with dispatch or management regarding any delays or issues affecting schedules.
Ensure all necessary vehicle insurance renewals are completed on time and notify the accounts team as required.
Perform errands for the Director or their family as needed, whether personal or official.
Assist with office-related administrative tasks with integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

Proven experience as a professional driver.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Reliability, integrity, and professionalism.

Work conditions

Private Drivers.
The Lakes, Dubai, UAE.
To be filled as soon as possible.
Full-time – Permanent role.
Live-out.
6 days a week, 1 day-off (9AM – 7PM).
Sponsorship will be provided: VISA, Medical Insurance, Flight ticket.
