We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant/House Manager to manage a dynamic couple with their household and personal operations in Venice, CA. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for all household matters, including vendor management, project oversight, and various administrative tasks. This role requires occasional travel to a property in Ojai, where this role works closely with an Owner’s rep on a large property project. The ideal candidate will have experience working with UHNW families in a similar type of role, a positive attitude, and a love for keeping families organized!

5+ years of experience in high-level household management

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Experience in vendor management and project oversight

Ability to handle scheduling, errands, and inventory management

Experience managing nannies, baby nurses, and other household staff

Must have a valid driver's license

Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and tasks

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and respect boundaries

Must have excellent communication and writing skills

Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs+

A college degree is not required but preferred

Serve as the principal’s primary point of contact for household matters

Manage and research vendors, oversee projects, and coordinate errands

Schedule and organize tasks such as grocery shopping, inventory management, and call scheduling with vendors

Handle architecture meetings and plans

Assisting with orders and deliveries

Manage household staff, including nannies and baby nurses, as the family grows

Working closely with another Personal Assistant in another location as well as office admins to keep the family organized

Assist with other PA and hour management responsibilities as needed.
