House Manager – Miami, Coconut Grove $150-200K

Fantastic opportunity with full benefits for a House Manager to join a first-class estate managing a team of 4 housekeepers within a larger team of staff including security, chef etc. 
The successful candidate will have a can do approach and have experience working within a super prime residence of similar high calibre. The family have multiple properties across the world as well as in the Miami area. You will be popping in to check on some of the other properties in Miami so having a car will be important.

You must not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and work with the staff if the need arises, leading by example and being more than a people manager. We are looking for someone who is fair and has good people skills with the ability to bring the best out of team. You must also be capable of scheduling rotas, training the staff and disciplining if necessary.

Very importantly, you must also have formal service experience. Whilst every day service is casual, on the odd occasion the family entertains, you must know how to serve appropriately. Of course, there will be outside staff brought in for larger events. 

There will be some interaction with the Principal – being a good ambassador and being well presented at all times is paramount. 

Days of work: Monday to Friday (usually, but ability to work weekends on occasion for an event) 
Hours of work: 9am-5pm (usually, but with flexibility to stay late if required from time to time)

Salary: $50-200K plus bonus
