EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR CEO/EXECUTIVE TEAM, FORT WORTH, TEXAS
A Private Family Office is looking for a dedicated Executive/Personal Assistant to join its highly successful private investment office in downtown Fort Worth. The Executive/Personal Assistant will play a vital role on a team that collectively assist the CEO in managing personal and business scheduling, travel coordination, organizational matters, photo and video archives, and research projects. The candidate will handle a variety of projects in an array of disciplines, which keeps the work fast paced and ever-changing. The Executive/Personal Assistant will be adept at organization and have a strong attention detail. This is an in-office position, relocation assistance will be provided.
Responsibilities will include
- Providing support within the Executive Assistant team assisting with very complex calendars and schedules, travel coordination and general operational functions
- Extensive experience scheduling and managing private air travel
- Managing vendors and serving as a liaison
- Anticipating and proactively prioritizing the evolving needs of the executive team, ensuring a seamless workflow
- Researching and developing new ideas and projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive admin role supporting an UHNWI or CEO at a substantial business enterprise
- Be incredibly organized and detail oriented
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities
SCHEDULE: 8AM-6PM, approximately 50 hr/week. Occasional weekend work required.
SALARY/BENEFITS: $150-200k plus bonus (with full benefits) competitive with market and depending on experience.
