Description

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager/House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large family lodge nestled on a beautiful, sprawling property. This Texas ranch home boasts eight bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests at a time, primarily family members and their guests. The purpose of this role is to elevate hospitality delivery in the residence, while maintaining a positive balance with established staff.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the household staff and ensuring that the Lodge, Pool, Riverfront, and scenic lookout areas are always ready for guests. This includes overseeing the guest experience, coordinating activities, and maintaining a welcoming environment. There is a preference for someone who can cook, but the Principals understand the limits of what one professional can accomplish.  Having the ability to cook would be a great benefit, as it would allow for more flexibility with the current Chef.

The Lodge/Ranch is shared by a multi-generational family and the use of the property is scheduled 6-12 months in advance.  Guest stays are often Friday PM – Sunday PM but will go long on long/holiday weekends.
