A truly global partner of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking an Head Gardener to oversee an established team, looking after a very high-end estate in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Details

• Must have experience with water-wise irrigation systems and gardening
• Ideally have experience of rare species of flowers & Plants
• Have an educational background in horticulture
• Procurement of all items for landscaping maintenance and gardening
• All gardening administration
• Managing of a small team, including recruitment and training
• Must be hands-on and one of the team
• Ideally seeking those with UK, Europe or USA experience

Must haves:

• You must be South African or have a valid long term work permit
• Must be emotionally intelligent and lead from the front, not with authority
• Ideally seeking those with UK, Europe or USA experience
• Ideally be a Driver

Benefits:

• Salary of circa £40,000 Gross per annum (83,600 ZAR gross per month)
