The ideal candidate for this position would be someone with prior experience in childcare, particularly with infants and toddlers. They should possess a warm, kind demeanor and excellent communication skills, able to interact with our children in a fun and engaging manner while also maintaining a sense of responsibility and attention to detail. This individual should be capable of handling the demands of caring for multiple children simultaneously, including transporting our preschooler to and from school, assisting with infant care tasks such as feeding and diaper changes, supervising activities and outings, as well as ensuring light housekeeping duties are attended to and the house is kept tidy. Helping with meals would be a huge plus.
