Job Description: A Private Family is seeking an experienced and dedicated Rotational Nanny to care for their four children, ages 4, 2.5, 1 year, and a newborn due in May 2025. This position offers a unique schedule of 24/7 care every other night over a two-week period, with 12-hour shifts on other days. The third week off allows for personal time and rest.

Duties:
- Provide full-time care for the children, including meal preparation, feeding, changing diapers, and ensuring a healthy daily routine
- Handle all childcare-related duties, including laundry, cooking, and maintaining the children’s rooms and play areas
- Collaborate effectively with the household staff and work as part of a team to meet the family’s needs

Requirements: - Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience working as part of a team in a fully-staffed household
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the family’s needs

Working Hours: 40 +

Salary Offered: USD 120,000 per year
