We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent Personal Family Assistant to support a dynamic ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneur and their family in Beverly Hills. This is a hands-on, full-time role that blends both personal and professional support in a warm, fast-paced, and high-functioning household. The family is kind, respectful, and appreciative—but they do lead very busy lives and require someone who can bring structure, consistency, and thoughtfulness to their day-to-day.

While the position is not overly complex, it does require someone who operates with a high level of common sense, discretion, and grace under pressure. The ideal candidate is polished yet approachable, enjoys working around families, and takes true pride in being helpful and solutions-oriented. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping life organized for others and thrives on being the dependable go-to person.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the principal and their family.
Manage and organize both physical and digital files (Dropbox proficiency required).
Coordinate personal and family calendars; manage scheduling across multiple time zones when needed.
Research and plan domestic and international travel, including accommodations, activities, and itineraries. Ensure all travel logistics are meticulously managed and documented.
Handle errands including returns, exchanges, gifting, shopping, and appointment bookings. Track purchases and maintain records of returns.
Complete and submit forms and documentation related to insurance, school enrollment, vehicle registration, etc.
Keep track of important deadlines (e.g., school forms, renewals, appointments) and maintain reminders.
Assist in planning and executing family-related events, from birthdays to small dinner gatherings. Manage vendors, guest lists, themes, and logistics.
Communicate and coordinate with other household staff (housekeepers, groundskeepers, vendors) to ensure smooth operations.
Provide occasional assistance with light social media support and digital filing.

MUST BE ok to drive a an olde kid or watch a sporting game sometimes but not often

Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Family Assistant in a UHNW or high-profile household.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong tech capabilities; proficient in platforms like Dropbox, Google Suite, and basic social media tools.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
Clear communicator with a warm and professional demeanor.
Naturally helpful, calm under pressure, and responsive in fast-paced environments.
Experience with light event planning and household coordination is a plus.
This is a rewarding role for someone who takes pride in supporting others and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep a household and life running smoothly. If you're a self-starter with a service mindset who enjoys being part of a positive, respectful household, we encourage you to apply.
