Personal Assistant Needed in Roswell, GA

Location: Roswell, GA 30076

Hours: 15 hours per week- 3 days/5 hours per day preferred.

Job Description

A family in Roswell, GA is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support both household and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will prioritize the family’s needs while also managing various projects and household upkeep. Must be proactive, organized, and willing to assist where needed.

Responsibilities:

• General household tidying
• Occasional laundry support
• Grocery shopping / Amazon ordering
• Occasional light meal preparation 
• Scheduling personal appointments
• Project management for backlog projects (bar renovations, back patio rug, basement cleanup, etc.)
• Calendar/schedule management, including scheduling appointments and managing multiple calendars to coordinate on one calendar.
• Vendor sourcing, coordinating, and managing 
• Vehicle maintenance (taking vehicles for car washes and/or to mechanic)
• Scheduling dog grooming appointments and taking dogs to groomer
• Home decoration assistance (seasonal decorations/ everyday interior designs, hanging pictures, etc.)
• Backlog and routine paperwork management (scanning documents/ mail into organizational system)
• Special project management (home renovations and maintenance projects)
• Home organizational projects (decluttering, organizing, donating, selling)

Requirements:

• Experience with vendor management required
• Tech-savvy
• Basic financial literacy
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable and trustworthy, committed to long-term fit
• Proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude
• Home maintenance knowledge is preferred
• Project management experience is a plus

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour, DOE.
