Basic Scope/Purpose:

Perform all related tasks that are needed to ensure the property and responsibilities are carried out so the Property is cleaned to the standards of Principal and the Principals/Managements task list.

Must Haves:

·      Must be able to pass a background check

·      Must be able to work in the US!

·      Must have a valid driver’s license

·      Must have a cleaning background with the ability to show knowledge in cleaning

·      Must have some background in hospitality

·      Must have own transportation

·      Must pay attention to detail

·      Must be a self-starter

Description of Duties:

  • Follow the task list for your assigned. Carry out assigned tasks within the time allotted.
  • Maintain your janitorial closet clean, neat, and organized.
  • Keep equipment clean and supplies organized.
  • Communicate daily/scheduled days with your supervisor to ensure that you have the items needed to perform your job and that you are meeting the Principal’s expectations.
  • Communicate with your team at the property daily.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring that wet floor signs are used when mopping floors, spray bottles and other containers are appropriately labeled, and your work area is always secured.
  • Secure property area once you have completed your assigned tasks. *General Task List,
  • There will be specific duties associated with property that are not listed below.
  • Spot clean all glass windows, and high traffic surfaces for fingerprints
  • Vacuum carpet where needed
  • Dry and damp mop hard surface floor
  • Empty trash, replace liners as needed
  • Dust ledges and other horizontal surfaces
  • Dust all desks (cleared areas) and chairs
  • Run all
  • Spot clean walls for finger prints and smudges
  • High and low dust all horizontal surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize: sink, counter and outside of microwave
  • Fill soap and paper towel dispenser
  • Arrange furniture as needed
  • Replace all disposable items: toilet paper, hand towels and soap
  • Clean and sanitize: sinks, toilets and urinals
  • Notify building contact of irregularities and maintenance needs
  • Shop for food and other items needed in anticipation of Principals arrival
  • Turn off all lights (except those designated), secure building and set alarm
