EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO, IRVING, TX (75039)
A high-level executive/entrepreneur is seeking a highly polished, full-time Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support across both personal and professional domains. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, acting as a trusted partner and extension of the CEO.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and experienced in managing complex schedules, professional correspondence, and travel coordination. A background supporting entrepreneurs or creative professionals is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Calendar management across multiple priorities, business, personal, and family
- Travel coordination (domestic and international), including packing, unpacking, advance shipments, and hotel logistics
- Drafting and editing professional emails and documents on behalf of the CEO
- Translating verbal thoughts and notes into polished, professional communication
- Managing private event planning and personal appointments
- Liaising with household vendors and service providers (no hands-on cleaning or cooking)
- Running errands and handling gifting needs
- Planning and supporting corporate meetings and special projects
- Acting as a gatekeeper to protect the CEO’s time and focus
- Providing back-up support for the CEO’s Personal Assistant during PTO or absences
- Remaining accessible by phone and available to respond to urgent needs as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting a high-level entrepreneur
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, multitasking environments
- Demonstrated ability to take detailed notes and translate ideas into clear, actionable communication
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, discreet, professional, and emotionally intelligent
- Able to remain accessible via phone 24/7 for time-sensitive matters
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Local to Irving, TX or willing to relocate
- Tech-savvy and confident managing both administrative and logistical tasks
- Experience in nonprofit, philanthropic, or mission-driven environments
- Exposure to high-profile individuals or complex, confidential household operations
- No pet allergies, principal has dogs and cats and must be comfortable around pets on occasion
Location: Irving, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, weekends and overtime as required by client
Compensation: $92K, full benefits offered, flex time is available but will be determined by the CEO’s schedule and needs
