Our client, an UHNW family in Miami, FL, is looking to hire an Estate Manager. This role involves traveling between the family's homes in Florida and New York.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the family
- Hiring, training, supervising, and coordinating household staff
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all estate buildings and grounds
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and local ordinances
- Implement and maintain organizational systems within the household
- Oversee renovations, repairs, and other projects
- Organizing and managing events hosted at the estate
- Facilitate smooth daily operations of the estate
- Must have a 24/7 mentality
- Must have multi-estate management experience!
