A couple is seeking a smart, organized and detail oriented Personal/Executive Assistant with a positive attitude. EA/PA should be experienced in providing administrative assistance such as writing emails, preparing communications on the Principals’ behalf, maintain comprehensive and accurate records, answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner, managing the couple’s calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. The EA/PA will share some light responsibilities with the Executive House Manager to maintain seamless service. At times working alone and other times as a team. This role will require both administrative, bookkeeping, and analytical skills.
The EA/PA will work within the residence in Cherry Hills Village, Denver, Colorado. Locals only. No relocation. Their current PA is retiring and will be training the new hire.
This is a lovely couple that travel often. You must be a dog lover as they have three wonderful dogs that you will rotate overnight house and pet sitting care with the Executive House Manager as needed and available. Ideal applicant will have few competing interests to be able to provide a high level of service to both principal’s, some after hours and weekends are part of the role. The Executive Personal Assistant’s primary job is to provide a network of administrative, operational, and social support to the employer, ensuring the employer’s well-being and quality of life. This position serves as a gatekeeper to allow the best use of the employer’s times and expertise. The goal is to work as a team to create an organized, structured, and pleasant environment and to ensure the safety, comfort, and needs of the employer are at all times the top priority. The role will always use the utmost discretion and confidentiality while maintaining professional relationships and boundaries with the employer, vendors, and other staff.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
college degree required. bilingual in english and spanish helpful.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5 years experience as an executive personal assistant preferred; property management skills preferred
