Family Assistant – Newport Coast, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week guaranteed)

Our client, an active family of four in Newport Coast, California, is seeking a full-time Family Assistant to support the smooth running of their household.

Experienced as a Family Assistant or House Manager

Key responsibilities include:
General home organization and proactive upkeep
Scheduling, greeting, and supervising contractors or vendors
Grocery shopping, errands, and light food prep
Scheduling appointments for the family, must be proficient in Outlook or Google calendar
Occasionally driving children to activities
Assisting with overflow tasks from the family’s Personal Assistant
Occasional weekend availability, if needed
Compensation & Benefits:
$40.00/hour ($83,200 annual salary)
2 weeks PTO: 1 week candidate’s choice, 1 week family’s choice
6 paid holidays
$300.000 monthly Health & Wellness stipend ($3600 annual)
Mileage reimbursement for errands

Required Qualifications:
Age:
Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
Experience:
Related work experience is required along with verifiable references. Candidates may have a broad range of experience, but it MUST pertain to the position you are applying for. We require at least 2-3 verifiable references. Letters of recommendation from previous employers are preferred.
Driving Record:
A driver’s license is required for most positions and a motor vehicle investigation is completed prior to placement.
Criminal Background:
A criminal background investigation is completed on all candidates prior to placement.
Residency Requirement:
All candidates must furnish proof of US citizenship or eligibility to work as a legal alien.
Commitment:
Typically, candidates must be willing to commit for at least 1 year with a family. Occasionally, temporary and summer placements are requested.
