A busy executive in Fort Worth is seeking a polished, proactive Exectuive Personal Assistant (EPA) to keep daily life running smoothly so she can focus on her entrepreneurial work and enjoy quality time with loved ones. The ideal candidate is someone extremely organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented who can manage the personal and household responsibilities of the principal.
This hybrid role combines on-site support Monday–Friday mornings (9 a.m.–12 p.m.) with remote/errand work in the afternoons (up to 30 hours/week total). Flexibility for rare evening or weekend help - with advance notice - is requested. The EPA reports directly to the principal and collaborates with the household housekeeper, vendors, and the principal’s executive team.
Duties Include:
- Household Maintenance & Organization
- Daily resets & tidying: make beds when needed, return jewelry and clothing to closets, reset bathrooms and living areas.
- Trash management: empty household bins; set curb bins out
- Light housekeeping: unload/load dishwasher; refresh kitchen surfaces; purge expired florals.
- Meal prep: prep and cook simple meals (as needed)
- Laundry care: wash, fold, and put away laundry (as needed); manage dry-cleaning pick-up/delivery and put garments away.
- Storage & inventory: keep storage room orderly; manage pantry, refrigerator, beverage, wine fridge, and bathroom restocks; audit refrigerators weekly to remove expired perishables.
- Errands & Purchasing
- Grocery runs, prescription pick-ups, post-office drops.
- Amazon & other online orders: track, receive, unpack, organize, process returns, and store shipping boxes.
- Purchase and manage household and personal items
- Calendar, Communication & Administration
- Maintain shared digital & paper calendars; schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide daily reminders for upcoming appointments and engagements
- Monitor principal’s email/inbox as directed; draft correspondence.
- Keep an ongoing shared task list; review priorities with the principal each morning.
- Vehicle & Vendor Coordination
- Ensure all vehicles are fueled every Monday and kept clean; schedule maintenance service and detailing.
- Liaise with household vendors, service providers, and stylists; oversee deliveries and in-home service appointments.
- Pet & Property Care
- Provide pet care for family dogs (feeding, letting out, wiping muddy paws, etc)
- Spot-check property, report maintenance issues, and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Travel, Events & Lifestyle Support
- Assist with packing/unpacking, photo-shoot prep, gifting, donation runs, and private/social event logistics.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, as the role demands flexibility in responding to the family's changing needs. A background in household management or personal assistance, along with proficiency in relevant technology and software, will be beneficial in executing the responsibilities effectively. Additionally, the candidate should anticipate needs, take initiative, and bring positive, energetic enthusiasm to their role.
LOCATION: Fort Worth, Texas
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9am - 3pm, guaranteed 30 hours per week (mornings on-site, afternoons remote/errand work)
COMPENSATION: $25-$35/hr depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years industry experience with household and personal assistant tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, calendar management, and errands is required
