Full-Time ROTA Nanny in Mt. Kisco, NY.

Location: Mt. Kisco, NY

Start Date: Immediate 

Schedule: 24/7 ROTA (4 days on/4 days off;

Compensation: $115k+ annually; after 90 days: health insurance (family plan), 401k, 2 weeks PTO, holidays (some at time-and-a-half with alternative days off) 
 

Overview: Riveter Consulting Group is seeking a kind, experienced, mature nanny for their infant to join an established ROTA team. Spanish knowledge critical, infant childcare expertise required. This individual must have a professional demeanor, be self-starting, and tech-savvy as several Apps are used amongst staff and principals for seamless and expedited communication. Prior full staff experience is mandatory with the ability to implement structures that are in place yet have the flexibility to adapt as necessary.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide infant care with 10+ years experience.
  • Use Nara Baby app (waking to nap/sleep tracking general tracking for baby, meals, bottles, diapers, sleep, etc). and Slack (recognize channels, discreet updates, text availability).
  • Prepare dinner plans, anticipate needs, and ensure smooth flow (e.g., prepping ahead for meals).
  • Perform all baby related tasks. Laundry, toys cleaning/organizing, replenish, baby grocery list etc., HK does deep cleaning of nursery and baby bathrooms.  
  • Travel support (planned 1+ month ahead, occasional spontaneity; Sept–Nov trips upcoming).
  • Collaborate on packing lists, menus (3 weeks out), and proactive planning with co-nanny and HM.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years nanny experience, infant care expertise.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with apps (Nara, Slack), adaptable to communication style, , open to learning/adjustments.
  • Own vehicle with clean record (nanny vehicle provided); live-in while on duty, at staff house located on property or within close proximity of family home.
  • Observant, respects personal space, balances professionalism/personal life.
  • Takes constructive feedback well, implements effectively, anticipates needs.
  • Team player - prior staff experience required.

Additional Notes:

  • Family has a cat; pet-friendly attitude needed (no pet care).
  • Nanny manager (point of contact) prioritizes baby, offers support, and adjusts schedule to be present for ROTA team.
  • Flexibility critical; work-focused environment with co-nanny teamwork.
