Private family office seeking a full-time Systems Support Specialist to deliver proactive, solutions-oriented tech support for a fast-paced and tight-knit team. The ideal candidate brings a calm, resourceful, and a customer service-oriented approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. A sharp eye for detail, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion are key to success in this role. 

As a vital member of our collaborative and high-performing team, you will help ensure the smooth and reliable operation of IT systems that support essential daily operations. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in IT support (systems administration, senior helpdesk, executive support, or similar) who thrives in dynamic environments. A genuine passion for helping others and improving the end-user experience is essential. 

Skills important for success in this role are: 

  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities 
  • A detail-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with VPNs, remote access tools, MDM platforms, Active Directory, Group Policies, and networking tools 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple technical requests 
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other commonly used tools 
  • A flexible, "can do, will do" attitude
