Residential Manager

Role Overview:
An UHNW family in Westchester, NY, is seeking a skilled and adaptable Residential Manager to oversee the seamless operation of their household. This hands-on role combines property management, personal and family assistant tasks, and occasional childcare. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring the family’s home and personal lives run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operations of the property, coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the home is in top condition and address any issues promptly.
  • Manage household inventory, supplies, and restocking.

• Family and Personal Assistance:

  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing family appointments, travel, and activities.
  • Provide organizational support, including filing, managing household documents, and liaising with external contacts.

• Occasional Childcare:

  • Provide light childcare support, assisting with transportation or activities as needed.
  • Maintain a warm, supportive relationship with the family’s children while respecting their routines and boundaries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with UHNW families.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to handle last-minute changes or requests.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
