Schedule: ROTA (7 days on, 7 days off)
Compensation: $50-$60/hour, overtime, plus full benefits

A warm and loving family in Los Gatos is seeking an experienced, Waldorf-inspired ROTA nanny to join their household and care for their sweet 8-year-old twin boys. One of the twins is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum, so the ideal candidate will bring special needs experience, a patient and intuitive approach, and an enthusiasm for outdoor activities and creative play.
The family values a nanny who can create fun, engaging, and developmentally enriching days, filled with Waldorf-inspired crafts, pretend play, outdoor adventures, and hands-on STEM activities. Swimming and active outdoor play are important parts of the family’s routine, so comfort in the water and an energetic, athletic nature are essential.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in Waldorf education and philosophy
RBT or BCBA experience or certification
Strong history of longevity and commitment in previous nanny roles
Energetic, creative, and loves to play outdoors
Able to create engaging, hands-on activities and crafts
Kind, patient, and adaptable to meet the needs of both children
