Pay Rate: $35.00 Per Hour / $72,800 Annually

Our returning agency client located in Orono, Minnesota, is seeking a highly experienced, fun, warm, enthusiastic Nanny to provide care for their three children, ages 8 yrs., 6 yrs., 3yrs. This will be a combined sole and shared care role with Mother, who works part-time from her home office. The role will focus heavily on house management during the school year and will be more child-focused in the summer. Responsibilities will include engaging children in age-appropriate activities, promoting creativity, outside activities, transportation for children, homework assistance, occasional overnight care, optional travel, assisting in household errands, cooking for children and occasional family meals, pet care assistance, laundry, organizational projects, and assisting in maintaining a tidy and organized home. Candidate should enjoy being active with children outdoors in all seasons, having a flexible schedule to accommodate schedule changes, and be available for additional date night hours weekly. Pets: 1 dog. Housekeeper on staff. A family vehicle is provided.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of recent full-time Nanny with household management experience, bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, CPR & First Aid certification, confident supervising children around water, adaptability to change and a fast-paced environment, possess a positive and energetic demeanor, and excellent childcare references.
