Join our team as Facility Project Engineer and proactively assist with coordinating the daily onsite projects.

The Facility Project Engineer will assist the Facilities Manager to oversee various site operations related to complex projects, vendor management, saftey proceedures and indoor/outdoor maintenance for a sophisticated residential property. This role will coordinate with internal teams, the client, and outside vendors to ensure all building maintenance and special projects are executed in a detailed and professional manner. 

The ideal candidate will possess exemplary interpersonal skills, a poised, polished, and outgoing personality, and a “No task too small” team player attitude. The Project Engineer will partner with an amazing group of highly-skilled professionals to ensure their daily goals (large and small) are delivered to the highest aesthetic and performance standards. 

  • College degree preferred; specialized training or licensing required
  • Knowledge of construction processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude
  • Excellent understanding building construction systems; HVAC, MEP, hydraulic, pool and other equipment
  • Intermediate knowledge of engineering, architectural, design concepts and design software
  • CAD Experience or the ability to do renderings/mockups
  • Advanced problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with contractor and personnel management
  • Excellent knowledge of general office procedures; as well as intermediate knowledge smart phone and computer skills
  • Keen attention to detail, honesty, adaptability, dependability, and a willingness to do hands-on work
