Description
Compensation:
$35-$40 per hour plus paid vacation days, holidays, and sick days. Reimbursement at the IRS mileage rate when driving on the job.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Occasional flexibility to stay later if needed.

is looking for a full-time, long term nanny to care for their sweet, smiley, and social 5-month old baby.
Baby has a routine and they are responsive to baby’s cues, while closely watching wake windows and anticipating nap and feeding time.
Mom will initially work from home before transitioning to an outside office, while dad works outside the home.
They live in multi-level home across a park and in a walkable neighborhood.
Travel and overnight support are a nice to have but not required.
Ideal Candidate:
A loving, warm, and affectionate nanny who genuinely loves babies and enjoys being silly and loving with them.
The ideal candidate is engaging, energetic, and social, with a strong desire to interact with the baby and promote their development through singing, talking, and play.
Someone open to sharing ideas and suggestions, with an easy-going approach to caregiving to provide consistent care to baby.
A candidate who is willing to provide authentic care, tailored to the baby's needs, and who is not too rigid about schedules, working collaboratively with the family is needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for the baby, including meal/snack preparation as solid foods are introduced, managing the child's laundry and dishes, inventory of essentials like diapers and wipes, and perform light tidying up/organizing related to the child.
Take the baby on walks and to the park, and eventually drive them to classes and activities as they get older.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of paid, professional childcare experience with at least three excellent references.
Recent infant care experience.
Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and a strong driving record.
Current on all vaccines including the Tdap, flu, Covid, and MMR vaccines.
Can make at least a one-year commitment
Legal work authorization in the U.S.
