Job Title: Nanny/Housekeeper, Live-in/Live-out


A private family residence in Bryn Mawr, PA seeks an experienced & energetic Nanny / Housekeeper to assist with their daily household affairs and help supervise their four (4) children. The right candidate should have great attention to detail, polished, must have prior infant-care experience, and must be able to work with others. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Help with the day-to-day upkeep of the household
  • Assisting with the daily care, supervision and education of children while creating a fun, safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Coordinating activities for children, especially educational and recreational activities
  • Assisting with homework and projects
  • Preparing healthy family-style meals from scratch and can follow a recipe
  • Housekeeping and organization
  • Traveling to the Hamptons during summertime with the family
  • Laundry + Ironing
  • Procuring household supplies and grocery shopping
  • Running errands and carrying out special requests

This is a full-time, live-in or live-out position, accommodations would be provided by the family on or off the property.

Typical schedule is Monday – Friday.

The salary is generous but final offers will be based on experience, along with a great benefits package.


  • Certificate in CPR and First Aid is a huge plus
  • Minimum of 3 years related private home experience
  • Excellent references from both current and previous employers
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have a strong command of the English language
  • Prior experience with care for multiple children
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Seldom weekends but flexible to work
  • Flexible to travel to the Hamptons during summertime (live in)
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Flexibility with hours and scheduling
  • Swimming skills
  • Comfortable working with pets
  • Valid driver’s license is a huge plus
  • Must have United States work authorization
