Compensation: $100,000K+ annually (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to oversee and maintain the pristine standards of a 30,000+ sq ft private residence in Nashville, TN. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to step into a deeply valued role at a legacy estate where the previous housekeeper served the family loyally for over 30 years.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute daily housekeeping of the estate, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Manage household inventories, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Handle delicate items, antiques, fine surfaces, and special textiles with precision and care.
Assist in preparing the home for special events and occasional entertaining.
Create and maintain household manuals, schedules, and standard operating procedures.
Provide hands-on housekeeping support and assist with deep cleans, seasonal tasks, and project-based patchwork maintenance.
Coordinate with other staff members including chefs, landscapers, and vendors.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a private estate or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) household.
Proven longevity in prior roles and exceptional references.
Experience managing or working alongside other domestic staff.
Willingness to travel occasionally and work select weekends or holidays for major events (few per year).
Trustworthy, respectful of confidentiality, and capable of passing an extensive background check and NDA process.
Polished, calm, and professional demeanor.
Additional Notes
The family is open to relocation candidates and will offer housing assistance.
A second housekeeper (with laundress expertise) may also be brought onto the team—teamwork and leadership will be essential.
