Mature couple looking for a Live-in Domestic couple to take care of their newly renovated home. There is a separate apartment that provides you with privacy. The position is year-round in Palm Beach, even though the principals spend a great deal of time away in the summer months. Obvious duties include housekeeping for both husband and wife. There is a routine, and they call themselves informally formal. The days are generally Tuesday-Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. The hours vary, depending on the schedule. Someone comfortable in the kitchen is helpful, but they like to cook themselves, and they go out quite frequently. They do like to have friends or family over for cocktails and/or hors d'oeuvres, so someone must have experience in serving and setting the table. They enjoy fresh flowers throughout the house, so they need someone with a little flair to make arrangements that are seasonal and stunning. The house is immaculate, and with daily care and following the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule, the home should always look guest-ready. They are not looking for an Estate manager, but rather a houseman and housekeeper who have 5 years of live-in Estate house cleaning experience.
