Full-time Live-out Housekeeper job offer in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE

Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced and proactive Live-Out Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a private residence in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing a wide range of household responsibilities independently. This position requires a hands-on individual who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and provide service with a joyful and professional demeanor. 

Responsibilities

  • Daily cleaning and upkeep of the property.
  • Laundry care and ironing, including proper garment handling.
  • Dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
  • Light cooking, including preparing breakfast and simple meals (meat, fish, vegetables).
  • Proactively managing household needs (e.g., sending garments for dry cleaning, reporting maintenance issues, and tracking household supplies).
  • Preparing and serving beverages and meals during guest visits.
  • Running errands, including grocery shopping when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hospitality, UHNW household.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Discreet, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
  • Highly proactive and capable of taking independent decisions.
  • Flexible and service-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Work conditions

  • Live-out position (accommodation not provided).
  • 6 working days per week (1 day off).
  • Based in Dubai.
  • Female candidate as per client preferences.

Salary

Salary will be based on experiences and qualifications (6000 – 9000 AED).
