Job Title: Professional Full-Time Live-Out Mother's Helper (Russian Speaking Preferred)
Location: Miami Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM
Salary: Competitive, Depending on Experience (DOE)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mother's Helper to join our family on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for infant care, possess extensive knowledge of infant milestones and development, and be fluent in Russian (a plus). Our household thrives on positivity, organization, and teamwork, and we are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our family dynamic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on care for our infant, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development are top priorities.
- Follow established routines and schedules for feeding, napping, and playtime.
- Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote physical, cognitive, and social development.
- Monitor and track developmental milestones, reporting any concerns or observations to parents.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the baby's nursery and play areas.
- Collaborate with parents to implement parenting strategies and techniques.
- Serve as a resource and support system for the first-time mom, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Assist with light household duties related to the baby's care, such as laundry and sterilizing bottles.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with infants, with a strong understanding of infant care best practices.
- Proficiency in Russian is highly preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of infant developmental milestones and the ability to track progress.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of both the baby and parents.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a young, active family.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
