EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER - MIDWEST (with relocation stipend)
Looking for an adventurous Head Housekeeping professional with NYC savvy who would consider a relocation. Must possess the ability to provide top tier oversight of a formal estate and team of staff. Utilizing your experience to bring organization and structure to a finely appointed estate with a diverse team of domestic support professionals working cohesively toward the smooth running operations of the family.
Establishing protocols and SOP's, streamlining the scheduling and the responsibilities of the team to accent the positive strengths. Incorporate training initiatives, oversee the rotation of staff to provide efficiencies in service. Assist with planning events and dinners, monitoring the necessary preparation of silverware, crystal and china, ensuring the proper care of linens and all laundry.
Former top level experience to an elevated level of attentive care and guest services.
