Spanish Speaking Nanny-Englewood, New Jersey

Location: Englewood, NJ
Schedule: Overnight shift 7pm-7am OR Flex schedule 
Salary Range: $35/hr 

About the Role:

An ultra-high-net-worth family in Englewood, NJ is seeking a warm, experienced, and bilingual (Spanish/English) nanny to join their household on a rotational basis. This role is ideal for a candidate who is nurturing, highly professional, and thrives in a dynamic, travel-ready environment. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to support the children’s bilingual development, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach is key to ensuring seamless care.

Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive, high-quality care and supervision

• Communicating in Spanish to support bilingual language skills

• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children

• Coordinating school schedules, activities, and playdates

• Assisting with homework and educational enrichment

• Traveling with the family as needed (domestic & international)

• Maintaining clean and organized children’s spaces

• Collaborating with household staff and respecting confidentiality

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UHNW or high-profile homes

• Previous ROTA or similar schedule experience preferred

• Ability to live in during scheduled weeks

• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules

• Strong communication, organization, and discretion
