Title: Live OUT Summer Housekeeper

Location: Southampton, NY

Compensation: $40-55 per hour (OT after 40 hrs)

Schedule: 6 days per week, Tuesdays off 7:00-7:00

Duration of Role:  May 1 – September 15

Position Summary: An Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to maintain their private estate which consists of two homes on the same property (13,000 SQ FT and 7,000 SQ FT). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Housekeeper. Experience with UHNW employers is essential.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Cooking:
• Fill in for the chef for breakfast (smoothies, light breakfasts of fruit and cereal
• Housekeeping:
• Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the home.
• Perform all laundering of clothing and linens for Principals and guests.
• Daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, tidying up.
• Weekly cleaning of windows and polishing of china and crystal.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Housekeeper.
• Must have prior experience working for UHNW employers.
• Skills:
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of how to care for fine linens, upholsteries, china, crystal and silver, and museum quality artwork in a waterfront property.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with coordinating with other staff.
• Other:
• Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
• Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Own transportation to and from Principals' home
