Schedule: Mon - 8:30AM-6:00pm, Tues- 11:00am-6:00pm, Wed-Thurs, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (45 hours guaranteed); occasional weekends or evenings appreciated but not required; periodic travel to Rockport, MA especially during summer season
Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation (nanny chooses 1 week), paid major federal holidays, 5 paid sick days, and a healthcare stipend if needed

The toddler is still in the early stages of development, and the family is looking for a nanny who is comfortable balancing care for both ages while fostering a loving and engaging environment.Both parents work from home at times—Dad is home once a week and occasionally travels for work, while Mom works from a dedicated office space. The family has a medium-sized dog who will require light care, such as letting them out or ensuring they have food and water. They follow a limited screen-time policy and value a nanny who encourages play, creativity, and developmental activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and create a safe, stimulating environment for both children
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with the family's limited screen-time approach
- Walk the 8-year-old to and from school, ensuring a smooth transition between home and school days
- Handle baby-related tasks such as bottle preparation, sensory stimulation, and tracking developmental milestones
- Assist with light pet care for the family dog
- Prepare snacks for the 8-year-old’s school lunch and help with meal prep for the family
- Manage children's laundry, maintain an organized play space, and oversee inventory of child-related supplies
Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with infants and school-aged children
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before the start date)
- Comfortable with light travel to the North Shore
- Confident managing two children with different developmental needs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents
