Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but are not limited to):
- Overseeing day to day household operations
- Coordinate vendors and service appointments, manage scheduling and payment
- Running various errands for the household
- Grocery shopping and making sure the kitchen is regularly stocked
- Making sure essential items throughout the house are always stocked
- Perform general housekeeping and laundry
- Light meal prep as needed
- Provide daily dog walks and pet care
- Transport dogs to vet and grooming appointments
- Provide pet sitting and house oversight during principal’s travel
Skills/Experience/Education
- Clean driving record, valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility in scheduling and task execution
- Genuinely enjoys being of service
- Friendly, discreet and enjoys working with dogs.
Experience
Prefer 2 + years in a similar position
Reports to the Executive Personal Assistant
Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends, flexibility is KEY
Job Type Part- Full-Time. This is a W-2 employee position, and the employer will withhold applicable taxes and provide required reporting."
Employment is at-will under Tennessee law
Compensation- $20-$28/hour, based on experience
Housing Type- Live-out, Possible Live-In once primary is settled
