The Executive, Administrative, Personal Assistant & Business Manager to Anne Sikora plays a
central, high-trust role in the coordinated management of a multi-property, multi-dimensional
estate. This individual serves as the primary conduit through which all operational, financial,
personal, and logistical matters are organized, executed, and communicated. Reporting directly
to Anne Sikora, the assistant functions not only as a detail-oriented administrator but also as a
strategic operations partner, ensuring that the rhythm of Anne’s personal, professional, and
estate-related affairs is upheld with accuracy, foresight, and efficiency.
This position encompasses a broad but precise portfolio of responsibilities, including: high-level
financial reporting across personal, household, and property domains;
HR and payroll management for cross-state staffing teams;
oversight of estate related contracts and vendor relations;
rental and property administration;and comprehensive support for Anne’s therapy practice, including client billing.
In addition, the assistant provides seamless personal support in the form of calendar and travel
management, medical coordination, document archiving, and daily decision support.
The assistant must be proactive, discreet, and technologically fluent, with the capacity to
coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining the confidentiality and
integrity of Anne’s personal and professional life. As the key liaison between Anne and a variety
of stakeholders, those including wealth managers, accountants, legal advisors, tenants,
therapists, and household staff, the assistant must be a skilled communicator, a systems thinker,
and a confident executor to make sure Anne’s life is made easier through assistant’s efforts and
not harder.
