Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. As the CEO's right hand, you will play a pivotal role in executing her vision, managing daily operations, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO, managing all incoming communications and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactively manage the CEO's complex and ever-changing calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination of tasks.
    Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences, both onsite and offsite.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support the CEO's decision-making process and strategic initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with a commitment to upholding the company's values and culture.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus, but not required.
