EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE FOUNDER & CEO

 

Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid)

Company: The Dingman Group

 

Compensation:

  • Initial 1099 Contract (90-120 Days): $26–$31/hour
  • W2 Conversion (Full-Time): $55,000–$65,000 annual salary + health benefits + 401(k) match + Bonus

 

Objective

Support the Founder & CEO of The Dingman Group by owning the daily rhythm of business and personal priorities, ensuring high-level organization, proactive problem-solving, and execution across a wide range of responsibilities—from calendar and communication management to project oversight and lifestyle logistics.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

CEO Support

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for meetings and calls
  • Draft and respond to high-level correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Anticipate needs and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

 

Business Operations

  • Track key initiatives, action items, and internal projects
  • Support cross-functional communication and process alignment
  • Serve as a liaison to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain discretion with sensitive company and client information

 

Lifestyle & Property Support

  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers for properties
  • Manage household calendars, travel planning, deliveries, and logistics
  • Maintain personal task lists and project timelines
  • Provide occasional on-site coordination for estate-related matters

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-trust support role
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with administrative execution
  • Experience with personal logistics, property coordination, or estate management preferred
  • Discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work independently
  • Must be located in or near Franklin, TN, with the ability to be on-site as needed
