Housekeeper Required ( Manalapan, FL)

A private couple is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to assist with the maintenance of their private oceanfront estate. The Executive Housekeeper will report to the Estate Manager and the family office, and will also work directly with the principals and their team of 2-4 other housekeepers. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Full-charge housekeeping responsibilities; museum-quality cleaning and organizing
• Laundry and ironing of clothing and linens, caring for fine garments
• Organizing closets and wardrobe management
• Travel packing/unpacking
• Household organization (closets, pantries, cabinets, etc.)
• Providing excellent service to principals and guests
• Help manage household vendors and contractors
• Attending to and ensuring vendors/contractors get their work done
• Track and receive online shopping orders, manage returns
• Running errands, grocery shopping, driving to appointments, or picking prescriptions, etc.

Schedule: 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday, 11am-7pm. A guaranteed 40 hours of work each week. Benefits package included (health insurance, two weeks vacation, sick days, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits available).  Must love pets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years related work experience
• Private home experience preferred
• Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent references from current and previous employers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
• Professional, polished and poised at all times
• Hands-on with good attitude, high energy, strong work ethic and an attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility in schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
