The Role
You’ll be the linchpin in a dynamic, well-functioning household—working closely with existing leadership to unify systems, elevate standards, and ensure seamless operations across all properties.
Your responsibilities will include:

Oversight of household systems: HVAC, electrical, smart home technology, and more.

Preventative maintenance for all three residences, with a special eye on the unique needs of an oceanfront estate.

Vendor and contractor management, including oversight of renovation and construction projects.

Administrative excellence: budgets, property manuals, schedules, and team communication.

On-the-ground support to ensure a five-star experience for the principals at all times.
