Nanny / Family Assistant who can travel - Austin

The Assistant Company has been retained by UHNW young family in Austin to find an experienced Lead Nanny - Personal/Family Assistant (who can travel for extended periods of time).  This position is open to any qualified applicant from Texas

In this position along with child care of four children (4,6,6 & 10) you will manage, oversee and coordinate the other nanny's and staff work schedules. Typical schedule is Monday – Friday 40 hours per week. 

• Must have experience working for the HNW and UHNW as a Nanny & Household Manager
• Ideal applicant resides in Austin, or within Texas
• Experienced with managing and coordinating schedules and being able to switch gears at a moment’s notice if a nanny calls in sick.
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time
• Must have a passport
• Must have knowledge of ADP payroll software
• Mac savvy
• College Degree

Personal Assistant duties will include running errands, making appointments, overseeing vendors, etc.
