Full-Time experienced Housekeeper (M/F) job offer in London, UK

 

We are seeking a highly experienced full-time housekeeper to maintain an impeccable home for our client in Mayfair, London.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to household management.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of all rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
  • Laundry & Linens: Wash, iron, fold, and store clothing and household linens.
  • Organisation: Ensure living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and recreational areas, are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Shopping & Errands: Handle grocery shopping and purchase household supplies as required.
  • Special Occasions: Prepare and dress rooms for events or guest stays.
  • Guest Assistance: Support the chef during guest visits, serving food and drinks when needed.
  • Proactive Approach: Stay ahead of household needs with forward-thinking organization and efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a high-standard residential setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a well-organized environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the client’s needs.
  • Passport-ready for travel with the client during summer.

Work conditions

  • Schedule: 5 days a week, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Days Off: 1 day off at the weekend (flexibility required; a day in lieu will be given if the schedule changes).

Salary

£40000 - £45000 per annum (depending on experience).
