Busy, active family in Greenwich, CT is seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for managing luxury properties. We are looking for a skilled Estate Manager to oversee the operations of a stunning private residence situated on 3 acres, with a 14,000-square-foot home and a team of 5 staff members. This full-time role requires a strong leader who can ensure the property runs smoothly while managing staff, coordinating vendors, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervise housekeepers, landscape manager, and other household staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee and negotiate contracts, and handle billing.
  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the property’s interior and exterior.
  • Track the household budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with existing staff, maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of estate or property management experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn from the current team.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
