Position: Household Manager / Family Assistant 

Location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time, In-Person 

Reports to: Director, Office of CEO and Family 

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE 

Overview: A wonderful family in Buckhead is seeking a highly organized and reliable Household Manager/Family Assistant. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and adaptable professional who can seamlessly support the family's daily needs, household operations, and administrative tasks. 

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage household schedules, appointments, and activities to ensure seamless coordination
  • Schedule and oversee regular property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all appliances, utilities, and equipment are functioning properly 
  • Organize and track vehicle maintenance schedules, including registration, repairs, and routine servicing 
  • Handle personal shopping, groceries, errands, returns, and gift purchasing as needed
  • Maintain inventory for household supplies, supplies for children, and any other household needs
  • Assist in managing the family calendar including school activities, appointments, and special events
  • Collaborate with the direct report to ensure seamless daily operations and promptly address any arising issues 
  • Support event planning by managing invitations, RSVPs, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain records, receipts, and budgets related to household and personal expenses 
  • Provide occasional child care assistance, such as school pickups or activity coordination 
  • Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism 

Your Qualifications 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness 
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar management, email communication, and basic financial tracking
  • Excellent time management, multitasking abilities, initiative, and self-direction 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional early morning, evening, and weekend requirements
