A super fun, high-profile family based in Venice is on the lookout for a rockstar full-time nanny to help care for their three amazing kids—ages 3 months, 2 years, and 6 years. Mom is an actress, Dad works in real estate, and both travel often for work. They’re looking for someone adventurous and travel-ready, who can jump in with both feet and confidently take the lead when one or both parents are away. Both older kids are in school and activities during the day, and Mom and Dad are in and out throughout the day—so it’s rare you’ll have all three kiddos at once. That said, the right person should feel totally confident managing all three if needed. This family is seeking a true professional—someone deeply knowledgeable in child development and psychology, who understands how to support children socially, emotionally, and intellectually. The ideal nanny is intuitive, intentional, and observant, able to meet each child where they are and respond with creativity, structure, and care. They’re hoping to find someone who goes the extra mile to make learning fun—like planning themed weeks (space, kindness, oceans, storytelling, etc.) that encourage curiosity and exploration. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- School drop-offs/pickups and driving to activities (nanny car provided)
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Creating developmentally appropriate, engaging activities tailored to each child’s needs
- Supporting daily routines including naps, baths, and bedtime
- Grocery shopping, light errands, and kid-related housekeeping (laundry, tidying play areas)
- Working as a team with parents and household staff
LOCATION: Venice, CA
SCHEDULE: 45 Hours/Week
- Schedule will vary week-to-week depending on the family’s calendar
- Must be flexible for both morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts (7am–4pm / 12pm–9pm)
- Includes a mix of weekdays and weekend days + occasional overnights
- Family guarantees 1 full weekend off per month + 1 weekend day off weekly
COMPENSATION: $120-130K gross, based on experience + health insurance stipend
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-time nanny experience
- Strong experience with ages 0–6
- Confident caring for multiple young children
- Valid passport + willing to travel up to 4 weeks at a time
- Organized, clean, and safety-conscious
- Spanish-speaking is a huge plus!
- Strong swimmer
- Confident team player
