We are seeking a highly qualified Personal Assistant to support a prominent family in Palm Beach, FL. The role requires a flexible schedule, a "no job too big or small" approach, and extensive experience within high-net-worth households and fast-paced environments. We’re seeking someone with a vibrant, can-do attitude and the ability to handle responsibilities with maturity and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support, including managing calendars, arranging travel, handling correspondence, and coordinating events, appointments, and meetings with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Serve as a liaison between the principal and various stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Tackle a wide range of personal tasks — from high-level logistics to last-minute errands — with a proactive attitude, efficiency, and grace under pressure.
  • Assist with household management tasks, including inventory organization, concierge services (such as gifting and running errands), and travel preparations (packing and unpacking).

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in ultra-high-net-worth households. MUST have in-home experience
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude while handling responsibilities that require confidentiality and trustworthiness.
  • Bring fresh perspective and adaptability to changing priorities, paired with sound judgment and emotional intelligence
  • Take initiative with confidence while exercising thoughtful decision-making and respect for boundaries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Adept at managing challenging personalities and schedules with a calm, grounded presence and mature communication style
  • Active, adaptable, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate changing priorities and schedules is a MUST.
  • MUST be currently located in the Palm Beach area.

  • Willingness to travel as needed and with short notice.
