Construction Manager – Ultra-Luxury Residential Projects

Location: Miami, FL (Remote with Frequent Travel)
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
Travel Requirement: 50-70% (New York, West Virginia, Hawaii, and other U.S. locations)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee ultra-luxury residential projects ranging from $5M to $25M. This role acts as an Owner’s Representative, managing contractors, construction budgets, and high-stakes timelines for multiple properties. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a family office, offering flexibility in location and the chance to work on some of the most prestigious residential projects in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the principal liaison between ownership and contractors, ensuring alignment on project scope, design, and execution.

• Oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Manage project budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships, maintaining tight control over costs and timelines.

• Make independent aesthetic and design decisions that reflect the Principal’s vision and high standards.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to achieve the highest levels of craftsmanship and finish.

• Oversee installation of high-end building systems, including Crestron, Savant, Lutron, smart home technology, and integrated security systems.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with all building codes and regulations.

• Prepare detailed project reports, budgets, and timelines for Principal and family office review.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience managing ultra-luxury residential, boutique hospitality, or top-tier commercial construction projects.

• Proven track record delivering complex multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget.

• Strong design fluency with the ability to make high-impact aesthetic decisions.

• Expertise in construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, CoConstruct, or custom Excel-based solutions).

• Advanced knowledge of high-end building systems, smart home technology, and premium materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Experience acting as an Owner’s Representative is highly desirable.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to travel frequently based on project needs (50-70% of the time).
